What will the workshop involve?

We know that interviews can be daunting so in this workshop, we will give you an idea of what the interview set up will be, the type of questions that could be asked and provide you with examples of how best to answer these, showing you techniques we use force wide to help structure your responses. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions so that you are fully prepared when you attend your interview.

You will assessed against behaviours and values required for the role of police constable as set out in the Competency and Values Framework (CVF). You can find out more about the CVF here:
