Northamptonshire is unique. If you’re looking to develop your career and uncover new challenges, then Northamptonshire Police is the place to be. We are a diverse organisation both internally and geographically.

Here, you will find breath-taking countryside and the usual rural crime which it brings, contrasted with vibrant urban towns dealing with metropolitan issues.

As a county force that prides itself in being family friendly and holding wellbeing high on the agenda, you can benefit from the luxuries of affordable housing and a challenging career. The county is well situated for commuting easily and conveniently with direct rail links to London and Birmingham. It also sits snugly surrounded by Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Thames Valley and Warwickshire.

We offer an exciting range of career paths and specialisms, with great promotion opportunities. Should you take the decision to join our ranks, we will work with you to understand your skill-set and what best meets your needs and ours, including negotiating a suitable start date.

Not only are we at the cutting-edge of developing our technology, but we’re also trailblazing our joint working with Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue and the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Office.

Northamptonshire Police seek to provide a first class response and a response which makes the public proud of their Police Force.
